Who we are
PrimeStay Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Who we are
PrimeStay is the accommodation and arrival-support brand operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us” or “our”). This policy covers primestay.space, its public planning tools and enquiries received through the website.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact our designated privacy contact / Data Protection Officer at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
2. What this website currently provides
The website lets you explore accommodation and support information, prepare preferences and send an enquiry. The enquiry system currently stores submissions in this website’s WordPress database.
Submitting an enquiry does not itself confirm availability, create a booking, take payment, verify identity or grant access to private parent or tenant records.
The current local enquiry function does not automatically synchronise your enquiry, account or booking with the hosted LiveUin platform or another brand’s website. Additional services, including a confirmed booking, tenancy, payment or identity check, may involve further information and a separate or updated privacy notice before that processing takes place.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, reply email address and message. Your message may include arrival dates, party size, budget, preferred location, accommodation preferences, requested support and contact-channel preferences.
We also record the selected property reference, where supplied, the request type, source brand, consent confirmation, submission reference and relevant processing dates and status.
Technical information. Delivering and protecting the website involves processing connection and request information, including your IP address. Hosting or security logs may also contain browser/device information, pages requested and request times.
The enquiry function uses a protected identifier derived from the connecting IP address to limit repeated submissions, and request identifiers and content fingerprints to recognise retries.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, bank statements, passport/identity-document copies, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in the general enquiry form. We will explain any necessary document collection separately.
4. Why we use the information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, discuss relevant accommodation or support options, maintain correspondence and follow up on the request.
We use necessary technical and handling records to operate the website, prevent spam and duplicate submissions, resolve errors, protect records and address complaints or lawful requests.
We seek consent where required and otherwise process information only where the law permits or requires it. Sending an accommodation enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing, publication of your message or unrestricted sharing across our brands.
We will explain a materially different purpose and obtain any required consent before using your information for it.
5. Who may receive your information
Access is limited to authorised people handling the request and service providers that need relevant information to host, maintain, secure or support the website and our communications. These may include hosting, backup, technical-support and email providers, where used.
We require appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements for providers acting on our behalf.
Where responding to your request requires disclosure to an accommodation operator or service provider, we will explain the relevant recipient and purpose and obtain consent where required. A brand relationship alone does not give every operator, landlord or partner access to your enquiry.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, for example in response to a valid legal request.
We do not sell enquiry contact details. Enquiry messages are not intended for public publication.
If optional local-inbox email alerts are enabled, those alerts contain an enquiry reference and an administrator sign-in link, not the customer’s name, email address or message body. Our subsequent reply correspondence is separate.
6. Storage and overseas processing
Local WordPress storage means that the enquiry is held in this website’s database and supporting hosting environment. It does not mean that the server, backups or everyone with authorised support access is physically in Singapore or on the operator’s own computer.
Where we arrange processing outside Singapore, we will meet the applicable transfer requirements, including ensuring protection comparable to that required by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, unless a lawful exception applies.
You may contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
7. How long we keep information
Local enquiry contact and message information
The current inbox setting is 90 days from receipt.
At that expiry point, the contact and message payload is due for removal. Cleanup runs through scheduled processing in batches, so removal is not guaranteed to occur at the exact expiry second.
We are responsible for checking that cleanup runs and correcting failures.
Minimal technical receipts
After the contact and message payload is removed, the system retains limited technical records, such as a request reference, timestamps, processing outcome and a hashed content fingerprint, to recognise duplicate attempts and investigate delivery.
These do not contain the original name, email or message fields, but we do not assume that a fingerprint or reference is necessarily anonymous.
We restrict these records to their technical purposes and review whether continued retention remains necessary.
Other records and backups
The inbox’s 90-day setting does not automatically erase separate email correspondence, exported records, backups or records required for a later accepted service.
We retain those only for as long as a justified business or legal purpose requires. Backups are handled through their separate retention and overwrite arrangements, with restricted access. A genuine dispute or legal preservation duty may justify keeping relevant information separately for longer.
You may ask us about retention or request earlier removal. We will assess the request against any continuing legal or legitimate business need.
8. Browser storage, cookies and shared links
The public planning tools use browser storage for saved public-property IDs, planning preferences, background-motion preferences and a copy of the most recent enquiry response.
Before sending, a tab-local recovery record stores a request identifier and content fingerprint, not a copy of the enquiry’s name, email or message. This helps recover an interrupted submission without sending it twice.
Planning preferences may also appear in result-page addresses. A copied shortlist link identifies public properties and can be forwarded by its recipient; it is not a private access-controlled document. Do not place confidential information in a shared link.
You can clear available drafts or saved lists using the website controls, or clear the site’s data in your browser. Clearing browser data does not erase an enquiry already sent to us, and may prevent recovery of an interrupted submission.
WordPress uses session/authentication cookies where a sign-in function is used. Separate providers may process connection information when your browser loads their resources or you follow an external link.
This notice does not authorise unrelated advertising or marketing tracking. Any additional analytics, advertising, embedded-service or account features must be explained appropriately, with consent obtained where required.
9. Protecting your information
We restrict enquiry access to authorised users and take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information.
We use encrypted connections for the enquiry submission path and measures designed to prevent unauthorised requests and accidental duplicate processing.
No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report suspected misuse using our privacy contact.
We will assess suspected personal-data breaches and notify affected people and the relevant authority where required by law.
10. Access, correction, withdrawal and complaints
You may contact our privacy contact to request access to personal data we hold about you, information about its use or disclosure during the preceding year, or correction of an error or omission. Applicable legal exceptions may limit what we can provide.
You may withdraw consent on reasonable notice. We will explain relevant consequences, such as being unable to continue handling an enquiry, and stop consent-based processing as required. Withdrawal does not necessarily require deletion of records that must or may lawfully be retained.
You may also request deletion or raise a complaint. We assess deletion requests against applicable retention obligations; this is not an unconditional promise to erase every record.
We may ask for proportionate verification of your identity or authority before releasing or changing information, and will respond within applicable legal time requirements.
If a concern is not resolved, you may approach Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.
11. Enquiries for another person or a child
Provide another person’s information only when you are authorised to do so, and ensure they understand the relevant use and disclosure.
For an enquiry concerning a child, a parent or authorised guardian should initially use their own contact details. Do not send a child’s identity documents or unnecessary sensitive details through the general form.
Selecting a parent-update preference does not grant someone access to private records. Any later sharing of those records requires the appropriate identity, authority and permission checks.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when relevant practices change and display the revised date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent before new processing begins.
An update does not retrospectively turn an enquiry into consent for unrelated services, marketing or unrestricted cross-brand sharing.
For questions or requests, write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] and include your enquiry reference where available. Please do not attach identity documents unless we have explained why they are necessary and how to provide them securely.
